Sharpen your ability to be present

The things we dislike and criticise in others are a reflection of the things we cannot accept about ourselves.

When you wake up each morning and you are still in that dream state, imagine the new you.  Do the same when you go to bed  just before you sleep at night.

You will soon create a new habit, where your body and mind will go into alignment.  It is simply time to trick your body into going through the motions, so that the brain will follow.

I am sure you have seen those amazing stories of people who have been told they are unable to walk, after an accident.  The more they practice and move their legs, the more the connection between their body and mind starts to rewire. Soon your mind will believe that yes you can actually do that.  Your body is a powerful thing, get your mind into alignment and watch the magic.
